Method of preparation: Cut the fish into boneless fillets. Cut the onion into half rings. Melt margarine, add kefir, egg, salt, flour and soda, knead semi-sand unsweetened dough. Method of preparation: Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water, add flour, yeast and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Wait for the dough to double in size. Cut the cervelat into strips and smoked sausage into slices. Lightly fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil, then cool. Roll out the dough into a large circle and place it on the bottom of the miracle oven, previously greased with vegetable oil. Grease the dough with ketchup and place mushrooms and onions on it. Next, evenly lay out the cervelat, smoked sausage, and corn. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and distribute evenly on the pizza. MANNA

Ingredients: kefir - 250 ml, eggs - 2 pcs, semolina - 1 cup, sugar - 0.5-0.75 cups, vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon, baking powder - 1-1.5 teaspoons, butter - 20 -30 g, a pinch of salt.

Method of preparation: Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and lightly beat with a mixer or whisk. Add baking powder and salt to the eggs and mix. Pour in kefir and mix again. The dough turns out to be a little liquid, but during the baking process the semolina will absorb all the liquid and increase in volume. (Cream - semolina porridge) Dough: 130 g butter, 4 eggs, 200 g granulated sugar, 130 g wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 3 teaspoons cocoa powder. Melt the butter, add sugar, stir. Add eggs, soda dissolved in vinegar, and flour. Mix thoroughly and divide into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one. Bake two cakes. Cut the cooled cakes horizontally into two layers, coat with a 1.5-2 cm layer of cream. Cover the top and sides of the cake with chocolate glaze. Cream: 300 g butter, 200 g granulated sugar, 2 lemons, 2 glasses of milk, 3 tbsp. spoons of semolina. Cook semolina porridge, grate the lemons along with the peel on a fine grater and place in the cooled porridge. Add softened butter and sugar in parts. Beat the cream and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Glaze: 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder, 3 tbsp. spoons of granulated sugar, 50 g of butter. Boil the sour cream until thick, add cocoa powder, sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly and boil again until thickened.
