Reliability

Design solutions and innovations ensure the maximum degree of reliability of all MORA TOP units:

• The moving parts of the device are fenced off from the water environment, so leaks in less dense joints are excluded. In other devices, leaks are possible, which necessitates replacing the entire gas-water unit, and this costs a lot of money - sometimes up to half the cost of the entire device.
• Inside the heat exchanger, there are turbulators in the tubes that push scale away from the walls of the unit, thereby accelerating heating and extending the operating life of the device.
• The diameter of the heat exchanger tubes, equal to 18 mm, not only prevents salts from settling on the walls, but also helps to cool the walls of the entire unit, eliminating overheating of the casing.

Security Settings

For safety reasons, the following points and design features are provided:

• Limiter of water overheating in the heat exchanger.
• Backdraft fuse for combustion products - it will prevent waste from entering the room if the chimney is clogged.
• A special flame fuse that ensures the serviceability of both burners (main and pilot).
• If there is no water flow, the device will not start the burner.
