The last call was literally 3 weeks ago, I’ll describe the problem: hot water stopped flowing normally, for about 30 seconds and cold water comes out, turn off the water, wait 30 seconds. you turn it on again and for 30 seconds there is hot water again, + the batteries began to heat up less, I called this technician, he asked me to tell him what I saw on the screen, and concluded that there was only one device, costing 3500, agreed to replace it, came and untwisted it in front of me and reported that it was working properly. I started looking for another problem, checked all the filters (which you can check yourself, find a video on cleaning them, listened to the ignition, how it reacted, looked at the tee on the top, it was transparent, I called it a snake gorynych, I assumed it was the board, but it worked it’s normal, I checked the pressure in the pump and pumped air into it, and there was cloudy water from the glass expansion tank), but all these procedures didn’t help, hot water flowed for 30 seconds. I assumed that the problem was in the pump that pumps water, unscrewed the plug and inserted a screwdriver in there, and just then he said that the problem seemed to be in the pump, and this was bad, since the screwdriver should have jumped out, which means replacing the pump, which is 10,000. It's a sad fact, but I agreed to replace him. When he arrived the next day, he decided to check the air conditioner, which is next to the pump, and how the problem turned out to be in IT, instead of 2 some values, it gave out 0.7, although the output was also in the pump (rewind from his words). Having replaced the condenser, the hot water flowed steadily, in addition, he changed the part of the pump where the rewind is, but he decided to check the radiator (a flat container with 4 holes), but since he did not take the pump with him, he cleaned the deposits with a simple method (citric acid in powder form 3 bags are poured into a pan of water, where the water should hide the radiator and on the fire, when the water began to boil, he began to rotate this part, causing water to flow out from one edge of the holes and then from the other, this procedure lasted 30 minutes, there was scale there) Having installed the radiator back, I ran the boiler in various modes, including in the absence of gas, and checked how the batteries were configured. In general, the master turned out to be meticulous, patient, responsible, and did not strive to simply change parts and just rip off money from me. Hot water is now constantly available. Of the work that I can do on my own, the master advised me to clean the filter, check the pressure in the expansion tank (there should be air there), and clean the radiator from scale, although the larger radiator also needs to be cleaned. For replacing the condenser (which is not so easy to buy on your own, since it is sold assembled), replacing the part of the pump where the winding is and the 5 hours of work spent, he charged 2500, + 500 rubles for an earlier previous call, where he suggested that there was a problem when I told him on the phone what was on the screen. Moreover, earlier, when the first errors began in 2015, it turned out that there was not enough water pressure, the pump was installed inside the house (private house, 97 sq.m.), but the pumps often burned (relay, or incorrect assembly), while making repairs in the house, and Having listened to enough advice again, I decided to move the pump to the yard, and it turned out that at normal pressure, I can’t say for sure now, but it seems that in a minute a bucket of 12 liters of water should be filled with 1 tap open, if this does not happen, the boiler has to work with effort, I took one the pump was made of stainless steel, but a week later the connections began to leak, they replaced it under warranty and advised to install a relay (an automatic system that, when the water is turned off, keeps the pump running for a while) and an expansion tank. However, a week later the pump began to leak again at the junction of the stainless steel and the pump. They returned the money for the pump and, after consulting with another seller, I took it with a cast-iron tank, I never returned to this problem. The combustion product exhaust fan in the boiler is constantly running. Even if you turn off the boiler with the button on the control panel, it will still spin.

The fan will stop only when you completely turn off the power to the boiler, for example by unplugging it from the socket. As soon as you connect it to the network again, the fan immediately starts spinning.

This sign is a one hundred percent guarantee of the malfunction described below.

It can be found in the heat exchanger, pipes, expansion tank (don't forget to check the membrane in it), connections, radiators, or even in several places at once. Almost all of them can be sealed using soldering, but it is better to entrust this task to a professional. If there is too much damage to one part, it is better to replace it entirely.

E3 or 3 red LED flashes - no flame when igniting.

The column starts, the main burner lights up and goes out after 5 seconds of gas burning. The automatic ignition clicks when the gas is burning.
