Some technical data: overall dimensions 412/342/786, weight about 40 kg. Designed for 120 square meters (we have 100, we took it with a small margin). The efficiency is stated to be at least 90%, but how to check this? Gas consumption at nominal heating output is indicated at 1.35 cubic meters per hour. But the manufacturer gave a 3-year warranty, and the promised service life is at least 15 years. The boiler was installed in the summer of 2010 and survived 2 winters.
