Which Russian-made gas boilers should you choose for heating - a review of domestic manufacturers

Russian-made gas boilers cannot be compared with well-known foreign brands, no matter how much we would like the opposite. They are less efficient and only a few models have an efficiency above 90%. They have simple automation, which in most cases does not provide protection against overheating or freezing, or stopping the circulation pump. The heat exchanger is often made of the simplest short-lived steel alloys, and much less often cast iron.

However, there are also significant advantages in the form of a 20-60% lower cost, ease of installation, availability of spare parts and a developed service structure. Some of the most successful domestic models have excellent characteristics, even by European standards, and have been serving without problems for more than 7 years.

Manufacturers rating

If you are interested in Russian-made floor-standing gas boilers, then you can consider the products.
This manufacturer is today one of the largest suppliers of gas boiler equipment. In the assortment you can find everything you need. Floor-standing models can be double-circuit or single-circuit, and most of them are equipped with new automation systems. Particularly noteworthy is the Siberia model, which has many positive advantages, including:

  • energy independence;
  • ability to work with variable gas pressure in the pipeline system;
  • the use of basalt fiber as insulation, which is used for cladding spaceships;
  • surface coating with powder paint, which has excellent protective properties and gives the product a presentable appearance.

Consumers who choose such floor-standing gas boilers made in Russia note that energy independence is a big plus, and variable pressure in the pipeline, at which such devices are ready to operate, cannot be called a rarity. Therefore, this issue is relevant, because local gas suppliers are not responsible for uniform fuel pressure. Among other things, you can choose a dual-circuit or single-circuit device with different power

However, you should pay attention to one nuance, which is expressed in the fact that double-circuit boilers use cast iron and steel heat exchangers, while single-circuit units are supplied only with cast iron analogues

Popular Russian manufacturers of heating equipment

When choosing heating equipment at an affordable price, it is reasonable to proceed from considerations of individual needs, focusing not only on the brand. In general, floor-standing reviews of Russian gas heating boilers are increasingly positive, perhaps this is due to a decrease in purchasing power, or maybe our compatriots have begun to trust local manufacturers more and have given themselves the opportunity to evaluate Russian equipment.

Domestic gas boilers have a number of advantages for Russian buyers:

  • reasonable price;
  • good service base;
  • optimal efficiency.

Among the disadvantages of Russian boilers are:

  1. large weight and dimensions;
  2. inability to regulate temperatures;
  3. often outdated design.

Zhukovsky Machine-Building Plant

The plant has been producing heating equipment for more than 40 years. The company presents boilers of three series (types) on the market: Economy, Universal and Comfort. Depending on the type, Zhukovsky gas boilers are equipped with imported automation or the development of our own engineers. The automation disconnects/connects the burner, monitoring the temperature in the heating system, monitors the readings of safety sensors and turns off the gas supply to the boiler if a potentially dangerous situation occurs. All ZhMZ models do not require connection to the electrical network. Among them there are both double-circuit (AKGV) and single-circuit models (AOGV).

Floor-standing gas boilers ZHMZ of the Economy series are equipped with an atmospheric burner, equipped with emergency draft sensors, are easy to set up, and have high efficiency. However, these models do not provide protection against overheating, which requires a more accurate calculation of power when purchasing a boiler, as well as periodic manual ignition of the igniter in cases where the protection is triggered. In addition, economy-type devices require a mandatory annual maintenance procedure before the start of the season.

But the price for Zhukovsky gas floor heating boilers is so attractive that these minor inconveniences can be ignored. In addition, the listed service features apply only to Economy series boilers. The automation of the Universal and Comfort models is more advanced (made in Italy and Germany, respectively). These models do not require maintenance, are reliable and unpretentious.

Price is one of the main advantages of Zhukovsky heating devices, but not the only one. In addition to their low cost, they have high efficiency (80 - 92%), a high degree of reliability and have a long service life. The standards of the plant, which, by the way, also produces special-purpose aviation equipment, lead to confidence in the durability and long service life of the heating equipment produced here. If you need a Russian-made floor-standing gas boiler whose price is minimal and whose operation is stable, perhaps you should take a closer look at Zhukov’s models.

Borinskoe

Like Zhukovsky, this plant has been producing heating equipment for quite a long time - more than 20 years. The company produces single-circuit and double-circuit boilers with the usual markings AOGV and AKGV, as well as boilers of its own design of the ISHMA series. All of them are equipped with imported automatic equipment, almost all models are energy independent, have a relatively modern design and low price.

The reviews for Borino gas boilers are quite good; they speak especially warmly about the ISHMA series models - they are additionally equipped with gas pressure sensors, providing the devices with an increased level of equipment automation and helping to reduce specific gas consumption by about 15-20%. An important advantage of Borin heating devices is the durability of the budget AOGV and AKGV series due to a reliable cast iron heat exchanger. True, this affects the cost.

For comparison, the heat exchangers of ZhMZ boilers are made of steel, so they are cheaper. Due to the cast iron elements, some models of Borino boilers are also heavy.

For those who are looking for floor-mounted Russian gas heating boilers, which are particularly durable, it is worth considering models from Borinskoye OJSC.

In general, if you compare boilers by heat exchanger material, you should take into account some comparative characteristics of cast iron and steel models.

Steel heat exchangers:

  • cheaper than cast iron;
  • easier to transport and install;
  • They last a little less than cast iron.

Modern steel grades, when properly used, provide a service life of up to 30 years.

Cast iron heat exchangers:

  1. have a longer service life compared to steel;
  2. characterized by a higher heat capacity, which ensures slower cooling;
  3. more expensive than steel ones;
  4. more demanding to transport than steel ones (cast iron is a more fragile material).

It should be borne in mind that prices for floor-standing gas boilers made in Russia partly depend on the material of the heat exchanger.

If you need to buy a single-circuit floor-standing gas boiler that would look attractive, you should also consider Borinsky’s proposals. The boilers are coated with polymer enamel, which gives them an attractive appearance: they will fit well into a modern interior and will look quite impressive. But there are also disadvantages: increased sensitivity to fuel quality and susceptibility to corrosion.

In general, Borinsky’s heating equipment is perhaps even the most reliable domestic gas floor heating boilers, the prices of which are significantly lower than similar offers on the foreign market. All models of Borinsky boilers are ideally suited for operation in Russia and are characterized by high efficiency, up to 90%.

"Signal"

The Engel heating equipment plant “Signal” has recently been gaining popularity. His gas boiler Signal KOV-10ST and other models are collecting good reviews, given the optimal price/quality ratio, however, installation of Signal boilers can be difficult due to divergent connector standards. Reviews for this Signal gas boiler are generally positive, as for other models of the manufacturer. They attract mainly due to their low price.

There are single- and double-circuit models on the market, the automation is imported, and they are moderately capricious in operation.

For many who decide to buy a floor-standing gas boiler, price often becomes the main selection criterion, but the Russian market offers such a variety of heating equipment made in Russia and the CIS at a relatively equal and affordable price that it is possible to choose a model that matches requirements for all key parameters.

Many became interested in the small-sized and attractively designed Pechkin boilers (Taganrog), choosing as the main argument that, for example, the Pechkin KSG-10 gas boiler is small in size and equipped with an autonomous continuous water heating system. And someone chooses a Hephaestus floor-standing gas boiler, which has an original water-tube heat exchanger design based on the “Russian stove” principle, which ensures quick and efficient heating of the entire heating system.

You can buy a ThermoBar gas boiler (Ukraine) with a multi-section atmospheric burner, which ensures clean combustion products, silent operation and avoids the accumulation of soot in the combustion chamber even during long-term operation of the device. You can read about other popular Ukrainian-made gas boilers here. In addition to the manufacturers mentioned above, the Lemax and Rostovgazapparat enterprises have steadily occupied their niches.

Lemax

The offers of the Taganrog enterprise Lemax will be of interest to those who cannot decide on the type of boiler heating: Lemax offers solid fuel heating devices that can be easily converted to gas. The company offers gas boilers in three types, both single-circuit and double-circuit, the distinctive features of most of which are a special coating of the steel heat exchanger that protects the boiler from corrosion. There are models with cast iron heat exchangers. All boilers are equipped with imported components, have high efficiency, and are energy independent.

Rostovgazapparat

Rostov equipment is valued for its design feature, which allows complete combustion of fuel. Heat exchangers at this enterprise are made of steel, cast iron and copper. The boilers are equipped with high-quality imported automation.

Quietness, environmental friendliness, design, dimensions - any of these parameters can become a decisive argument when choosing. The main thing is that domestic manufacturers have learned to create heating equipment that is affordable and capable of competing with the foreign market.

Main selection criteria

In addition to the fact that boilers are usually divided according to their design features: wall-mounted or floor-mounted, single- or double-circuit, natural or forced draft, they can also be classified according to subjective characteristics that can make the choice easier for the homeowner. Such criteria include:

Safety. It cannot be said that the more complex the boiler, the safer it is, but automation and electronics still provide additional confidence by automatically shutting down its operation when the temperature rises above the recommended limit or, what is much more dangerous, there is a gas leak. Simple boilers often have only a few electronic sensors and a piezoelectric element, but the likelihood of a short circuit in them is much lower.

Reliability. Here the complexity of the boiler also plays a role, but this time it is structural: a double-circuit boiler is easier to damage than a single-circuit boiler simply because the latter is simpler in design. But the manufacturer responsible for its product, in any case, provides a warranty on the device for several years and about six months on spare parts.

Quality. The stereotype about poor domestic technology this time has no basis, since even in Russia, manufacturers began to use good metal, which ensures a long life of the burner, and laser equipment for reliable seams and perfect sealing of both the gas chamber and the entire boiler .

Power and efficiency. This parameter depends on the size of the equipment and the number of circuits in it

Of course, there is no need to use an industrial boiler to heat a private home, so it is important for the homeowner to correctly calculate the required boiler power with a small margin. For example: an average family of 3-4 people will need a boiler with a power of about 20 kW.

Design and principle of operation

A modern double-circuit gas heat generator is a rather complex structure, which includes many individual elements, the coordinated operation of which is ensured by an electronic control unit.

Gas boiler design

Regardless of the operational characteristics, the dual-circuit installation consists of the following main modules:

  • Gas burner
    , which can be installed in either an open or closed combustion chamber. Thanks to this element, the coolant is heated in the heating circuit and the DHW circuit. The automatic control system (ACS) regulates the intensity of fuel combustion, which allows maintaining the coolant temperature within specified limits.
  • Combustion chambers,
    open or closed. When using a closed chamber, a fan is located above it to supply air to the combustion zone and remove combustion products.
  • Circulation pump
    , with the help of which forced circulation of coolant is carried out through the heating circuit and hot water pipelines.
  • Three-way valve
    designed to switch the unit to the DHW circuit.
  • Main heat exchanger
    . This element is located in the combustion chamber above the gas burner. When the coolant passes through the internal section of the heat exchanger, intense transfer of thermal energy occurs from the walls of the heat exchanger to the coolant. In modern gas boilers, this module can be made of stainless or galvanized steel; some premium models use copper heat exchangers.
  • A secondary heat exchanger that
    provides heating of running water.
  • An automatic control system
    that regulates combustion intensity and coolant temperature. It is the electronic control unit that ensures timely ignition of the burner, switching on and off the elements of the unit, and ensures the possibility of autonomous operation of the boiler.

The supply pipes for cold water, gas, hot water outlet and heating system coolant are located on the bottom panel of the device body.

Operating principle of a double-circuit gas heat generator

A distinctive feature of double-circuit boilers is that mixing the coolant with running water from the DHW circuit is impossible under any circumstances. The heating system is filled with coolant through a special neck, and running water is heated by circulating part of the coolant in a secondary heat exchanger.

Since the simultaneous operation of the unit in two modes is impossible, we will consider the operation of the system in heating mode and in hot water supply mode.

Heating mode

If the boiler is connected to a heating circuit, the essence of its operation boils down to the following: the circulation pump ensures the movement of coolant through the pipelines of the heating system. When the gas burner is turned on, the coolant is gradually heated due to intensive heat exchange with the walls of the heat exchanger. When the set temperature parameters are reached, the electronic control unit shuts off the gas supply. When the temperature in the heating line decreases, the burner re-ignites.

If there is a temperature sensor in the house, the automated control system will adjust the operation of the system taking into account the data received from it. All the heat generated by the burner, in this case, is spent on the heating circuit, and the position of the three-way valve prevents the coolant from entering the secondary heat exchanger. Depending on the type of combustion chamber, exhaust gases can be discharged either through a natural chimney or forcibly.

DHW mode

To switch to the hot water supply mode, it is enough to open the mixer tap, while the three-way valve blocks the circulation of the coolant through the heating line, and the automatic control system ignites the gas burner.

The three-way valve ensures the flow of heated coolant into the DHW heat exchanger, where thermal energy is transferred from the walls of the heat exchanger to running water. When the tap is closed, the three-way valve returns to its original position, and the installation switches to the heating mode discussed above.

However, it should be remembered that in case of prolonged operation in DHW mode, the efficiency of the heating system may decrease.

Products

This manufacturer produces gas boilers with a steel or copper heat exchanger under the Neva Lux brand. The products are equipped with a wide range of control and security options.

The range includes devices with power from 10 to 35 kW. Single-circuit units are characterized by ease of control and energy independence. The domestic wall-mounted double-circuit gas boiler is equipped with a second flow-type circuit, which provides hot water supply. Such models have a bithermal heat exchanger, a coaxial or conventional chimney, and an open or closed combustion chamber. Below is a video review of the Neva Lux boiler.

The manufacturer takes into account the possibility of connecting the unit to an external thermostat, which makes it possible to save fuel when the air temperature rises.

The products are equipped with a liquid crystal display, which makes it convenient to set temperature conditions and check the operation of the device components. Let's look at the characteristics of the most popular Neva Lux models.

Neva Lux 8618

The single-circuit boiler Neva Lux 8618 can serve not only for heating; hot water can be organized using an indirect heating boiler. This unit is the cheapest of the entire model range (16,000 rubles) and has non-volatile automation. It has the following characteristics:

  • small sizes;
  • weight – 15 kg;
  • open combustion chamber;
  • power 18 kW;
  • equipped with a circulation pump, a copper heat exchanger and a fan for forced smoke removal;
  • Possibility of connecting a room thermostat.

The presented unit can be connected to a three-way tap, heated floors and, thus, made into a multifunctional system.

Neva Lux 7211

The Neva Lux double-circuit wall-mounted gas boiler is equipped with a bithermal heat exchanger and electric ignition. The unit has the following characteristics:

  • power 11 kW;
  • closed combustion chamber;
  • weight – 34 kg;
  • equipped with a copper primary heat exchanger, a 6-liter expansion tank;
  • DHW capacity – 9 l/min when heated to 25°C;
  • safety devices: gas control, autodiagnostics, overheating and freezing protection, air vent, pump blocking protection.

Note! The presented model is perfect for apartments and small country houses.

Wall-mounted or floor-standing gas boiler

According to the installation method, gas boilers are of two types:

  • wall;
  • floor

The first type provides for mounting to the wall, so it has a small weight - no more than 80 kg. The power of such units can reach 35 kW (more powerful ones are rare), and the capacity of the built-in boiler does not exceed 40 liters. Wall-mounted models are an excellent solution for small private houses with an area of about 100 m2 - 120 m2.

Although these devices have low power and low heating capabilities, they have their advantages:

  • for a wall-mounted boiler you do not need to allocate a special room - just place the device in the bathroom or kitchen;
  • Most wall-mounted units are equipped with a closed combustion chamber, and the chimney can be removed through a hole in the wall.

Floor-standing boilers are larger and heavier: the mass of such units can exceed 100 kg. Installation of such equipment implies the creation of a boiler room in compliance with the requirements of specialized SNiPs.

The rules regulate important parameters of room equipment: ceiling height, dimensions of the podium for boiler equipment, air exchange rates. The combustion chamber of floor-standing units is predominantly open. This means that a constant flow of air is required for normal operation. However, floor-standing boilers have more power than wall-mounted ones.

Wall-mounted units have a weak point - the heat exchanger. This part is often made of steel to reduce the cost of the boiler and reduce its weight. Condensate, which has acidic properties, forms on the walls of the heat exchanger, which leads to the destruction of the steel part. The cost of replacing a heat exchanger reaches 50% of the price of the boiler itself. Copper is more resistant to corrosion, so copper heat exchangers have a long service life, but the price of copper elements is higher.

When producing floor-standing devices, there is no need to reduce weight, so heat exchangers for such units are often made of cast iron. The main advantages of this material are heat capacity and durability. The service life of cast iron reaches 50 years. However, such a heat exchanger has a drawback - fragility. In addition, sudden temperature changes in the supply and return pipes negatively affect cast iron.

When choosing between a floor-standing and wall-mounted gas boiler, it is necessary to take into account that wall-mounted units are often cheaper, since they are equipped with an expansion tank and a circulation pump. For floor-standing equipment, these parts must be purchased separately, which results in additional costs.

Wall-mounted gas boiler equipped with a tank and circulation pump.

In some cases, a heating system with a single-circuit boiler is filled not with water, but with a special antifreeze. This liquid does not lead to corrosion of metal parts and allows you to increase the service life of the boiler and pipeline. Unlike water, antifreeze does not freeze at subzero temperatures, so in winter a heating system with antifreeze does not fail (and water can freeze and damage pipes).

Antifreeze can only be used in floor-standing boilers. It is not suitable for wall-mounted models, as it can lead to deformation, leaks and local environmental disaster. This fact must be taken into account when choosing a gas boiler for periodic use in winter, for example, in country houses.

Which boiler is better to choose

In addition to the main technical characteristics and price, the choice of heating unit is influenced by operating conditions and recommendations of specialists who regularly service gas-using installations in private homes.

Taking into account practical experience in the field of heating private housing and reviews of various types of heating equipment powered by natural gas, we give the following recommendations for choosing a heat source:

The most budget option for small houses (up to 150 m²) is a parapet non-volatile boiler with a direct chimney pipe exiting through the wall. These are produced with limited power - up to 15 kW. There is no need to specially build a chimney for it.

There are situations when it is impossible to install a suspended heat generator due to various reasons, for example:

  • in the kitchen the walls are occupied by cabinets and household appliances;
  • the building structure or its finishing does not allow hanging a unit weighing 50 kg or more;
  • in the boiler room there is no space on the walls or it is difficult to install pipelines.

Then all that remains is to purchase a floor-standing boiler of similar power and install it in a convenient location. When we have decided on the installation method, we move on to choosing a heating installation based on the operating principle.

TOP-2 pyrolysis solid fuel boilers

Pyrolysis boilers operate on gas obtained by dry distillation as a heat source, heating to temperatures of 600–800 degrees without air access. Dry wood is considered the best fuel for such boilers - it produces the maximum amount of pyrolysis gas. Some models use coal as fuel. The design of such boilers is simple. Two chambers - a loading furnace and a gas combustion furnace. Advantages - requires less human intervention, you can load fuel and clean the firebox less often, high efficiency (up to 90%) Disadvantages - dimensions and high price.

ZOTA Master 18

Boiler with a high level of efficiency (73%) and a hob. You can heat it with coal or wood. It is convenient to monitor the system readings using the built-in pressure gauge and thermometer. The maximum coolant temperature is 95 °C. The maximum pressure in the heating circuit is 3 bar. Heated area - up to 144 m2. Price - 26,300 rubles.

Pros:

  • high efficiency;
  • hob;
  • large heated area;
  • heats up quickly;
  • built-in pressure gauge.

Minuses:

  • smokes when stacking firewood;
  • condensation forms in the chimney sump;
  • small loading firebox.

For its price, this boiler is good for everyone, and side effects such as the need for control and the appearance of children during operation are a problem inherent in all solid fuel boilers.

Burzhuy-K STANDARD-20

Boiler with bottom fuel loading and top-mounted afterburner. There are a lot of negative reviews about it on the Internet. Experts attribute them to improper operation - the use of raw firewood, incorrect installation of the chimney. If the technical instructions are followed, the boiler has an efficiency of 85% and can heat an area of up to 220 m2. Has a built-in pressure gauge and thermometer to monitor the condition of the system.

Pros:

  • fuel economy under conditions of proper installation and operation;
  • large heated area.

Minuses:

  • price;
  • requires correct installation according to instructions;
  • inconvenient to clean;
  • demanding on fuel quality - only dry firewood with a moisture content of less than 12%;
  • build quality;
  • smokes, overheats, and clogs the chimney with tar if installed and used incorrectly.

If you decide to buy such a boiler, it is better to call professionals to install it, who will provide a guarantee to eliminate installation defects if they are identified. Otherwise, you risk getting a lot of problems due to the design features of the device. For beginners, I recommend a regular solid fuel boiler, for example, ZOTA Topol M 14 or more powerful models (for example, “Topol M”) for heating a large area.

Russian floor-mounted gas heating boilers produced by the Zhukovsky Machine Plant

The products of this company are floor-standing gas units. ground aviation special equipment and tin containers for petrochemical products.

Electrically independent heating units AOGV-11.6-3 and AKGV-11.6-3 are designed for heating private housing construction and summer cottages, the area of which does not exceed 110 m2. AKGV-11.6-3 has the additional function of providing hot water. This equipment is produced in three modifications: ECONOMY, UNIVERSAL, COMFORT. The shape of the units can be cylindrical or square. Their cost is approximately $500.

Advice!

Softened water is used as a coolant for these heating units. For AOGV boilers, household antifreeze for heating systems can be used.

Gas devices of the Zhukovsky Machine Plant are designed to operate on natural gas from the main gas pipeline. When replacing nozzles, the units can operate on liquefied gas.

Heating units made in Russia are becoming increasingly widespread in the domestic market of heat generators, thanks to the use of imported components, low cost and constant improvement of the production process.

Floor-standing gas boilers are an ideal solution for an owner who, for some reason, cannot or does not want to be connected to a central heating system. Some private houses cannot have hot water supplied for heating and needs, while another owner prefers to independently distribute resources in his house. At the moment, there are a lot of options: from Russian stoves to a condensing boiler, which can heat the water and not leave the cottage without heat.

Rostovgazapparat

The Rostovgazapparat company was founded in 1959 in Rostov-on-Don.

About 50% of the units have a heat exchanger made of cast iron or steel, with powers of 23 and 29 kW. The general power range is from 11 to 100 kW.

You can read about the types of heat exchangers for gas boilers here.

Equipped with foreign automation. The models are presented by AOGVK Rostov, KGDO Siberia and AOGV Rostov Siberia.

The Russian-made floor-standing gas boiler is represented by the AOGVK series. The equipment of the units is traditional. The models are designed for heating and supplying hot water to residential premises. They operate on natural and liquefied gas. Do not depend on the power supply network. The advantages of this series are the affordable price, durability of the unit, ease of installation and availability of service. Series heat exchanger made of steel, open type burner.

Advantages and disadvantages of domestic equipment

Domestic manufacturers, when developing their products, focus not on style and fashionable technologies, but on quality and adaptation to local conditions. And therefore Russian boilers:

  • Adapted to climate, temperatures, pressure differences in the main line.
  • Easy to maintain.
  • Repairable, spare parts are easier to buy.
  • They run on bottled gas - they can be installed where there is no mains.
  • Huge price difference! Russian boilers are two or even three times cheaper than similar imported ones.

Our boilers have disadvantages in comparison with foreign units, but it depends on how you look at it...

  1. Imported boilers are more advanced in terms of automation, electronics, they can regulate temperature up to half a degree, etc. But sometimes, in our conditions, they quickly break down or cannot use all functions at full capacity.
  2. Domestic boilers are bulky, more like an industrial unit than an appliance for the home. The imported model will fit into modern design. But sometimes beauty is not needed in such technology. Especially if there is a separate boiler room. In addition, the latest models of many domestic factories have noticeably decreased in size and, apparently, they are also working on the design.
  3. Russian boilers generally operate less efficiently and have lower environmental friendliness. But this does not apply to all devices. Some of our companies are working on improvements in this area.

Why is it worth paying attention to domestic products?

Of course, one cannot deny the numerous advantages of heating boilers produced by European and some Asian companies. However, all imported models have one drawback in common - high price.

At the same time, the production of domestic heating units is becoming more and more high-tech; enterprises are actively introducing the latest production technologies. That is, Russian models in terms of quality and level of comfort are close to the products of the most famous brands, while differing favorably in price.

It should also be noted that Russian producers are well aware of the peculiarities of gas and electricity supply in the countries of the CIS. In practice, the most modern European models often refuse to work if the gas pressure in the mains is low, and their automation instantly fails even with minor power surges.

Russian heating boilers are adapted to the following specific factors:

  • Insufficient gas supply pressure. Such conditions are often observed in remote settlements.
  • Gas contamination. Unfortunately, in many places the gas pipeline pipes are worn out, so particles of oxides formed due to corrosion can enter the gas.
  • Power surges in the network. In remote areas, power supply is not always stable.

Conord plant - good quality at a reasonable price

The Conord plant is another domestic manufacturer of double-circuit gas boilers and the Russian market leader in production. The first boiler was produced in 1979, and already in 2007 the number of boilers produced exceeded the 1 million mark. The key feature of the boilers from this plant is their quality, comparable to foreign analogues, but at a significantly lower price. To improve the quality of its products, the company regularly introduces new high-precision technologies into production. The products are used for heating premises with an area of 30 to 300 square meters, power from 8 to 50 kW.

Gas boilers of the Conord brand use three types of automation: domestic AGU-T-M, Italian Euro SIT and American Honeywell.

Gas boilers are equipped with either steel or cast iron heat exchangers. The power range of boilers with steel heat exchangers is higher than that of boilers with cast iron. So the power of the first is from 8 to 31 kW, and for the second - from 16 to 33 kW.

The manufacturer positions the boilers as non-volatile, due to piezo ignition and an igniter that is constantly burning.

Conord products are equipped with atmospheric burners; there is no pressurization. The manufacturer guarantees that its boilers operate even if the pressure in the main line is half the nominal pressure.
