Let's separate the flies from the cutlets, so to speak: centralized (with elevator units) and autonomous engineering systems put forward completely different requirements for materials.

Where does the choice of heating and water supply system begin?

Do housing and communal services have the right to come up with names for their services?
The list of services that must be paid for by residents of apartment buildings is clearly defined by Article 154 of the main industry document - the Housing Code.
